25 Blogs with Page Ranking and low Top Commentators

In my post about increasing your site ranking through commenting I mentioned that the fastest way to boost your Technorati authority and get high ranking inbound links is to find blogs that have high PR and low Top Commentators and comment regularly on their site.
There are literally thousands of sites out there that fit this criteria and in all honesty it’s not worth the trouble to keep these dynamic links up if this is your main source of inbound links. However, this is a very quick way to boost your link very fast on any blog. I was able to pump this blog from 0 to 20 high PR links within 3 days. My friend, who had more initiative went from 0 to a whopping 100+ in a week. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you have alot of time on your hands and want to comment yourself to death in the future to keep up the links.
Using this method has additional “side effect” benefits. If you visit all 25 of the blogs below with the sole intention of getting on their top commentators list, chances are that you will actually become a regular reader to a few of the blogs. Also your comments will generate traffic back to your blog. So make quality comments!
Here is a list of 25 sites that have low top commentators. They are listed by PR and the number to the right is the current lowest number of comments you need to get on their list. The page rank was determined using the Google Toolbar.

Thanks for the mention!
I think this post is a great idea! This is something I’ve practiced for awhile, but never thought to put it in a post.
Google must have redone their PageRank algorithm again, as I was a PR5 a couple weeks ago when I last checked
Mine’s PR 5 actually.
Thanks Jeff & Kyle, I’ll correct them.
My blog SeedsForWealth.com is a PR 3
and my SeedsForWealth.com/Blog/ is a PR 4
Something tells me that you had a plan to lower everyones PR score in order to get a response.
Do you have no shame? (Good move)
LOL, I should do that, just mess up everyone’s PR so they’ll have to comment. I placed these blogs in seperate PR folders a few months ago and most have probably been updated higher. I better go back and double check them all.
JR, I show yours as PR2 and PR3, it jumps back and forth on the Google toolbar.
Kyle, what’s odd about your blog is that I checked it again and now it shows up as PR3 on my Google toolbar. But I know it showed up as PR5 right after I read your comment. Hmmmm…

Neo - That is weird. I’ve been a PR5 for at least 8 months now, but it does show PR3 sometimes.
I’ve heard the Google Toolbar can be buggy at times, plus Google assigns a PageRank to each individual page (some popular pages are PR6 on my site). My homepage usually shows PR5, but shows PR3 at other times.
Either way, the post is a great idea!
Nice idea.. Kyle, I sent you an email with this question but this might be an appropriate place to ask about Pagerank.
I recently turned on my Sitemaps (I know I should have done it..) but when I did i went with the domain name without the www so it would be easy and submitted it to Google. Now, if I hit my page without the www I have PR of 1 and if I hit it with the www it has a PR 3.
Of course, I don’t want to lose the higher PR I have gained so far.. what would you guys suggest I do?
I think there are many PR servers and depending on which area of the country maybe the toolbar selects a different one. Who knows. There are a couple sites that check the PR for a given domain across many servers. That should give you a better idea of your PR.
Looks like I also have a lowly blog. You guys need to start linking, to save me from all this commenting.
If you don’t like commenting, you could always try outsourcing.
Thanks for mentioning my blog as well.
Thanks for the mention. Now that I’ve read the comments, I’m going to try and check a few of my single pages’ PR — I thought PR can only apply to a domain/subdomain/folder.
Thanks for pulling these together. I’ve been thinking of taking some time to find sites that fit this criteria.
I took the additional step of removing the “nofollow” from the links in my comments.
Thank you for the mention. I also removed the no-follow tag, so you don’t have to fight for a Top commenters spot: you’ll get the link from one single comment anyway.
[…] 2BrosBlogging has a nifty post that you may want to check out, about blogs that have a decent pageranking and low top commentators […]
This is a great post, they are some great websites that I’ll have to start paying attention to
Wheee my top commentator figure is now 11.. by digitalnomad from http://digital-nomads.blogspot.com/
And no, I did not pay him to write more comments! He just liked my blog posts about my trip in costa rica, whcih is where I am at right now.
Anyhow tahnks for the correction.
